In 2025, when THE BLUE HEARTS celebrated its 40th anniversary, Japan's leading rock photographer Ariga Mikio and glamb announced a collaboration with THE BLUE HEARTS under their double names.
A T-shirt featuring an archival photo of Ariga Mikio, who accompanied THE BLUE HEARTS to photograph the band since his debut, has been released in a single photo print.
The front print collage was divided into four different pieces of live photos of the four people photographed by Ariga Mikio from 1987 to 1989. The dynamic composition fills the black and white depictions with enthusiasm.
Another message from the brand is the THE BLUE HEARTS name tag on the left hem. The same pattern is woven, both as the band logo and the cover of their first album, THE BLUE HEARTS. The left side of the tag is not sewn on the left side, so you can peer inside from the side. There is a pattern that resembles the CD label of the first album. It reminds me of the time I first heard THE BLUE HEARTS, and I want to listen to the music again. These details are designed to help you make this a catalyst.
