以作品中真岛所穿的蛇纹夹克为原型的身体上，将般若与白蛇的刺青与实际身体的位置相匹配拼贴而成。 更将象征着他战斗场景的分身以波普艺术风格印刷出来，再加上与角色相关的排版，制作出了前卫的艺术品。

这是modeled after the snakeskin jacket worn by Majima in the series， with a pop-art collage featuring his Hannya and white snake tattoos in the actual positions they would appear on his body. The unique typography and anarchic design aptly mirror his penchant for chaos。
